The Towers has over 500 beds and is comprised of apartment style living units.  The unit styles available for summer are: 4 bedroom/2bath (single occupancy bedroom) and 2 Bedroom/1Bath (double occupancy bedroom). Each apartment is equipped with a bed (linens provided), desk and chair, individual air-conditioning controls, full refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, and a full bathroom.   Amenities include: Free laundry, seminar room, 24-hour fitness center, pool/ping pong table, 24-hour security, wireless internet access, private patio with grills, and an onsite ATM.

 

Summer conference housing is available at the Towers at CCNY the first week of June through the first week of August. We are able to accommodate both large and small groups. However, please note that priority is given to groups with 10 or more participants staying for at least 7 days.  Location: The Towers is located in upper Manhattan on the campus of the City College of New York (CCNY).  The Towers is just minutes away from the world famous Apollo Theatre, beautiful St. Nicholas Park, and subway stations.

A deposit of 50% of total cost is required in order to reserve conference housing. Final payment is due 45 days before the conference checks in.

Cancellation Policy:

 

·  90 days or more from your contracted check-in date -100% of total cost refundable

·  71-89 days' notice - 75% of total cost refundable

·  51-70 days' notice - 50% of total cost refundable

·  31-50 days' notice - 25% total cost refundable

·  Zero-30 days' notice - non-refundable
